Aro ("the App") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

No accounts: We do not require users to create an account or provide personal details.
Device & App Information: We collect device model, operating system version, app version, language, and country to ensure compatibility and improve performance.
Unique Identifiers: We store a non-personal unique identifier to manage app functionality. The unique identifier is not linked to your real-world identity.
Usage & Activity Data: We collect non-identifying usage data such as app open times, last activity time to improve the app experience.
Saved Projects: We store only the total number of saved projects and their types for app functionality and analytics purposes. No project content or personal data is stored.
Purchase & Subscription Information: Subscription type, billing status, product identifiers, and expiration dates are collected to manage in-app purchases. Payment card information is never stored.
Analytics: Non‑identifying analytics collected via Firebase to help us understand usage and improve performance.

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7) Your Choices

Even though no account is required:

You may request deletion of your saved projects counts, subscription-related or other stored information by contacting us.

Please note that some app functionality may be affected if you request deletion of certain data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised Effective Date.

Terms of Use

By downloading or using Aro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1) Use of the App

The App is for personal productivity use.
You agree not to misuse the App or engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.

2) Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are offered via auto‑renewable subscriptions. A free trial may be available.
Payment is charged to your Google Play Store account after any trial period.
Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Billing is handled by the Google Play Store.

3) Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Play Store policies. We do not issue refunds directly.

4) Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

6) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

7) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
